Yeah I got a vehicle from NJ they don't need a notary stamp on the title to transfer NC titles do. Let's just say that was 1:30 of my time and their confusion of what to do until they finally did it. You may not need to transfer the title just get tags.

I’ve got a high school buddy down here that does wraps/tinting and 12v.. small business, lower overhead, but does good work. if you did want to wrap it I bet he would be the cheapest, people are proud af of that wrapping labor in CLT and the more populated areas

I really want to do mine.. the clear on my truck is non existent, it’s so dull. I just haven’t talked myself into the price yet.
I got a couple quotes in Charlotte and moorseville I think. they were like 6500 and 4000. I feel like that’s STEEP for something I can just order online myself and cuss and beer my way through over the course of a week. If you order quality wrap you don’t have to worry about it ripping

It'll rip have you not seen my truck. I just want to keep more of the scuffing down. I don't even care if he takes the mirrors off or anything like that to tuck it just get a decent job but I'd like some graphics too.
