1star2 I am running 265/75/r16 KO2s (roughly 32's). I thought about jumping up to 275/75r16, but intentionally decided not to because I wanted to make sure that I was conscious of gas-mileage (I am still getting about 19 city and 22-23 highway), and also I was trying to keep my tires tucked to some extent so that I prevented throwing rocks up on the new $45k truck, ha! That is also why I added the custom mudflaps from Tuffskinz.

Hey Kairo, very good question. I did a ton of research on price and ended up choosing this set up because it looked great, added amazing capability, and was as economical as I could make it. So here is the breakdown: The Eibach suspension (fully assembled), 1/4 inch spacer for driver's side, diff drop kit, sway bar relocate kit, and 3 leaf progressive add a leaf were all purchased from Wheeler's Offroad - they gave me a 10 or 15% discount since it was my first order with them (which was awesome), and it all came in at around $860. Then, the labor was a bit more expensive since I chose to go with a Toyota service mechanic install (rather than just a 4x4 shop) because it just keeps the warranty issues all cleaner (since all the work was at Toyota, everything is warrantied (other than parts, which are individually warrantied by the manufacturers) and doesn't risk harming my factory warranty is so new - only 400 miles on the truck when I had the work done last week). The labor cost me $800 and then $70 for an alignment (the 4x4 shops were giving me estimates of like $600 plus alignment, so not a huge difference). All told, the whole suspension with parts and labor (not including tires) was approximately $1,730 (if you didn't go to Toyota for the work you would probably come in closer to $1,500ish). I hope that helps!

Looks great! I am going to consider this setup when I want to do a mild lift in the future. Thanks for sharing the info and photos!

Nice build bro. Exactly why I stayed with 265/75/16’s with my lift as well.

SWOR17, no problem. yeah, I definitely didn't want to go super high, but just enough to get better capability and ride quality (and aesthetics!). If you have any questions, I will do my best to answer them a I continue to get to experience the suspension in the coming months.

Very cool. Also, I have to ask, is the "unconquerednole" a reference to FSU? I hope so. I am an FSU fan and alumnus!

Awesome! I was a bit earlier than that - I did a graduate degree there in 2002. Always great to meet another FSU fan and Tacoma lover! Keep rocking!
