    We were having a lot of problems with SnapOn ratchets at one place I worked. Not sure what the problem was but customer service was not on par with the name and cost. Sad that a lot of things seem to be going that way.

    Mine be good. But he did replace the ratcheting mech.’s in two of ‘em. while I bitched about the quality of the hammers. Said he has to order one in unless I want Pink or somethin.
