Not really.....Archery is the only season currently in Ohio, while other states have muzzle loader, shotgun and rifle going on already.

As much as I love bowhunting whitetails, I would so love to see PA allow flintlocks, maybe the last three days of our newly added seventh week of archery.

Once I get a good grasp on archery, I’m gonna move to black powder I think. Or pistol. Haven’t decided

Tomorrow is the last time in the stand.

I’m going to change locations next week for the last week if necessary.
I’ll move to a marshy area edge.
Then two more times out behind my house with my compound.
    Work sucks...

Son finished up school early and managed to sneak in an afternoon hunt on the last day of PA archery. Grunted in a large 4pt and a spike came in to some doe bleats. Not a bad way to end the season.

    So I was there.
    They weren’t
    No shots fired Anywhere
    No hunters
No cars on the side of the road.
Had to make sure it wasn’t Sunday...

climbed down and scouted another poss spot for next week.
    Slowing down real fast...

boy texted me about his plow truck.
Ended up leaving and going to his place.
    Fixin shit..

    That’s ok
    Wasn’t feeling it this morning.
No vibe like I usually have..
