I really meant more rip during application people buy crap and try to stretch it into cracks and crevices which is already hard enough then wonder why they can’t do it without it turning in to a zebra. I’d like some graphics as well if I were to pay someone to
do it. If I do it it’ll just be blue

It was over off 74 right before the Ford dealership. His bread and butter is tinting windows and he had a couple dealership accounts. He has since moved to cherryville. Much bigger space, more room for activities but yea we grew up down the road for Shelby in Bessemer city (don’t tell anybody)

I did 6 years field work on commercial roofs,It’s basically the same process as flashing a big detailed wall I think it could be done.. I wouldn’t enjoy it at all though

Oh nooooo I’ve been fortunate I never had to do the torch style.. most people are scared to death of it these days so they have a cold applied system now which is still messy but won’t burn you. But the new age is single ply and it’s heat welders and adhesive 10x100 rolls soooo much easier.

Ah nvm then. My enclosed patio has like a 14:0.5 slope roof and I’m pretty sure water is pooling under the shingles and rotting the plywood, since there is essentially NO slope to it.

I want to rip the roof off of it, replace the plywood with some ZIP and put on a metal roof

I definitely could do that depending on size of decking that needed replacement and if there is any joist damage. We’re actually a sheet metal fabrication shop aswell so I can have all panels & flashings made in-house
