    They almost got the new version right!
    the only problem now is that it is pretty obvious that they just took the 3rd gen grille and squeezed the dimensions but they didn't do it proportionally and the letters and bar look elongated... so close!

    First off, great looking truck, either way.

    I like the straight bar on the second version, but the letters of the first version. How do the letters attach on the second version and do you think you could use letters from the first version?

    If you could, would you measure the space for the letters? Width and height? Thanks!

    I'm on the fence between one of these or the 2011 Sport grill to replace mine that got destroyed by a giant red hawk.

    Anyone running 3 raptor lights instead of 4? Was wondering how did you guys insert your lights as the shape of the top row seems to be a real tight fit due to not being the appropriate shape of the raptor lights itself.

    Did y'all's come with the piece you screw the letters to attached? And did that piece and the letters arrive separately?

    I have weather strip, plastic adhesion promotor, and 209 paint ready to go but I want to make sure I'm going to be able to put the letters on (if they ever show up) before I get too carried away.

    Don't mind the poor fitment; it's not attached on the drivers side at all because all of the attachment point on the truck and headlight are broken from hitting a huge bird.

    Edit: it came in separately and it's all one piece, which differs from what people received earlier that had to screw on each individual letter.

    Ordered mine last Friday and got it yesterday. Put it in today. I haven’t added the weather strip yet but I’m going to try and use some 3M striping adhesive and use the one it came with.

    Weatherstrip update. I used weatherstrip adhesive and the weatherstripping appeared to hold tight. One month later I noticed that it has begun to fall off. Going to purchase the universal one that has been suggested here.

    I'm still on the fence between this and a mesh grille. Obviously it would be way less work to put one of these on. I like both, but am afraid it would make it look too much like my 3rd gen with the TRD Pro grille.
