Just placed an order for 265/70/17. Used a corporate discount my wife gets as a Continental employee. I'll post pics once installed on my 18 BBP Sport with Bronze Venomrex 602 wheels. My truck will be transformed with this set up. I installed a 2/1 lift this past Friday too so should look killer!

Just mounted up a set of 275/65/18 load E on stock wheels. Got them off CL for $600 brand new. Took a short ride around the neighborhood and I’ve got to say. I’m very impressed with the ride quality. I’m loving this as much as the KO2s. Let’s hope she last more than 45k.

ITs been a wile sense I have posted anything but I’m at 30k on these now and they are still performing great. They are starting so show some wear but I am very impressed with them. It looks like I still have more than half tread. I’ve gone on a few trails lately and I have no complaints. Mostly dirt and rocky trails. The 10ply definitely helped and held up well with the rocks. I’m very impressed with them. If I would have to say something I didn’t like about the is that The road noise could be quieter but that dose not bother me

I'm glad that you did. It's reviews like this (in the relevant place) that help people find real world reviews of this sort of thing.

I just bought the Grabbers ATX in 245/75/16 for my 2012 stock no lift Tacoma. Wondering best tire pressure to run them on road to limit wear.

I'm guessing the door jamb in your truck says 29 psi.

I do not know. I was excited to get them. I am replacing an SL Dunlop tire with an E rated general grabber ATX tire. Don’t know what to run them at. I’ve heard 40 psi. But I don’t know. This is my first Tacoma This is my first Tacoma

I've been running the Grabbers for about a year - 275/70/17 load E, and have been running them at 40psi. I really like them - the ride is great and while there is a little bit of noise, I don't consider them loud. Unfortunately, due to covid and working from home I've only put about 7K on them in the last year, so I can't speak too much for treadwear.

I would stick with the OEM pressure recommendation, or at least within 10% of that. I don't have any experience with E rated tires, but I know the sidewall is much thicker. Going too high will give you a very harsh ride. If it were me, I probably wouldn't go above 33 (which is a little more than 10% over factory recommended) without doing a chalk test.

rub chalk across a big patch of tread and drive around a bit to make sure you have an even contact patch with the road. Wears out in the middle and you have too much pressure. Wears out on the outside edges and you have too low pressure. Wears out on one side or the other and you have a different problem to address.
