Really? After having the TT install for a week or so? That's quite curious.

Who wouldn't want a 2J or V8 Tacoma if they had the chance to build one though?

A built 2JZ-GTE is the ultimate so perhaps money is no object. More power to him (pun intended!)

Did @MESO remove the post about moving on?

    was that a joke?

it’s been pretty quiet here as far as installs go. I’d love to see some progress from some others soon.
I have a shop ready to go for the install, just waiting for a shipment notification or something.
Mat told me over a month ago to expect something in two weeks. Still no tracking number or notifications of a shipment created.

I’d love a hard number on how many kits are in the wild now and how many are left to ship. Any updates @OVTune?

there are a lot of moving parts with this and a lot to coordinate, I’m impressed by all Mat has done so far, but I just flipped a switch and I’m starting to get antsy.

I have the kit, just don't want to pay shop for install. Probably be Christmas / New Year before I get enough time off from work to tackle this project.

I thought that was further down the road though with your November trip in there somewhere?

Just killer that more TTs will be on the road.

Too bad you won't get that first drive though. LoL!

    I already took my trip.

Why won't I get the first drive? The shop has been instructed to contact me when they're ready for me to come by and flash the tune.

You said that with schedules that you wouldn't be able to pick it up. Your friend was going to do that.

Hey folks, we are currently *swamped* with orders and development at the moment, so please forigve us if it takes an extra day or two to get back to you.

When it comes to forum PM's, or quoting me in posts, currently my inbox has 700+ PM's in it, I cannot keep up with it on the forum.

Similar situation here getting antsy as well. I received an email stating "A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way" exactly a month ago today... but there's been zero movement.

We just got our boxex yesterday and are going back to sending out shipments. So they are moving again. 2 Kit for sure going out either by end of day / tomorrow morning.

I can assure you next year everything is moving more smoothly. I am relocating some of my shop about 15 miles down the road to a bigger city where truckers can't claim they can't find me.

They delayed my boxes for 10+ days because first the trucker "couldn't find my address" but actually the dispatcher told me he can't get to my address (BS) so I had to meet him somewhere during his next route schedule down here 2 weeks later.

Living in the middle of nowhere does have its drawbacks.

    For sure! Lol

WRT schedules though, what I likely was talking about is how if they finish the install tomorrow for example, I won't be off call and available til Monday and Tuesday, for pick up. So I told them I didn't mind if they finished on Monday
