    Do you have aftermarket head unit? If you do and it provides obd2 readings, disable obd2 on the head unit and try again.

    Just in case, a few computers with USB 3.0 ports do not like OVT / vF. Are you using a 3.0 port? Do you have a USB hub to try or other USB 2.0 ports?

    I’m not sure sorry new to this. I’m using what @OVTune sent me and a adapter to plug in my Samsung tablet/laptop. I get lights to light up with OB2 to laptop and get lights when OB2 to truck and I also get a Audible sound when I plug into the computer.
