So I just did these yesterday. Install was super easy.
Im taking it in for an alignment shortly but does anyone know if alignment will help with tire clearance, or if the ball joint is adjustable?
These are rubbing much worse than stock it seems, though I did rotate tires at the same time. it might just be a case of different wear on the tires...
I'm really trying to avoid doing the cab mount chop :/IMG_20201120_084622.jpgIMG_20201120_123546.jpg

    285/75R16 or 285/70R17's? (same diameter).

If so, like EVERYONE else running that size or larger, you are going to need to CMC flatten pinch welled and cut/remove inner fender to make it to where things dont rub at all throughout full cycle of steering and suspension. That tire is simply too big for the wheel well, no non DB lift will fix that.

Maxing your caster (moving the LCA forward) will help with clearance, but theres only a point to which you can do that with your non adjustable JBA UCA before you get into having to sacrifice camber.

High caster numbers also come with its own drawbacks

Aftermarket UCAs add caster by moving the upper ball joint rearward, so it makes sense that you're rubbing worse now. Just do that cab mount chop. If done well, it's hard to even know it's been done.

    Yeah, 275 70/18...
The lift has been on there for two years with minimal rubbing. Only did some minor fender trimming... After putting on the jba's and rotating tires it rubs really bad. I just dropped it off at the alignment shop so I'll reassess tomorrow

You can get 4* of caster all day with the jba’s

I was looking at doing the cmc myself, but the shop said they could do it for a reasonable price.
Picking it up in about an hour...

They did a good job...I really wanted to do it myself but they got on it so quick. Time is money and all that...
Abe's complete auto in Cambridge MA did it. They aren't your typical "offroad" shop but I was impressed they were willing to tackle it

got an idea of how much clearance that gave you? got a picture at full lock like the first with the tire hitting it? or is this last picture what im asking for?

Unfortunately it still rubbed. I ended up having to cut it back some more. Frustrating since I paid them to do it...
I'll try to get some pics tomorrow if it's not raining
