    That makes more sense.

I feel like there was a leap forward in performance when I switched to the dump file.

I'm currently running @92ehatch 's file and can tell a difference already. I only have about 40 miles on it so I'll put another hundred or so on before I come to a conclusion about it. But, I will say its a very smooth power delivery, and it somehow lessened the drone i have around 3K.

If your meaning is that we can peek inside? Sure. But, I haven't even had the gumption to flash it unedited. :santa2:

It is funny how much the exhaust note changes between tunes. My current edit sounds really nice to my ears.

Just pointing out that it exists lol i havent put in the effort to compare any of the tables we can see between a normal and the dump tube file.

For the ATs, there aren’t dump tube vft files (at least in the tune pack)

I keep thinking about the Pro option just to see the guts? It kills me that it is just hanging out there.

The only thing really stopping me would be the need to rejoin social media. I am too happy at this point with my one lonely flash feeler thread and not the sub-human trash on FB, IG, etc.

Exactly. I only ever had an FB account, which I deleted just one day before the Cambridge Analytica story broke. Pretty much my happiest internet day ever.

Make back the investment. The flashing side gig is nice, but too small to justify the Pro upgrade.

I've since advanced the valves further in the lower load and rpm range and it has as nice burble burble to it...

What is the process of duplicating this edit on a dump file?

Just go line by line and try to copy what you've done?

If you get the excel sheet, it has every edit i did.

You can copy the entire cells and paste them.

I can update with the new valve tables, just give me a minute to load it up on my computer

Note I'm seeing slightly lower gas mileage at my current advances (more resistance at lower rpm)

here is the updated file with what i have now. ive only ran this one for 2 days, but i like it.

it has a different intake valve advance and a different acis high and low activation

im not sure i like the current acis. im still playing with it.

first valve is what im running, second valve image is the ovtune SFOB setup

Huh, again, I thought I noticed a loss. But, I chalked it up to driving more aggressively to see if it was in fact not as quick as my edit.

Looks like I've my Saturday plans in motion.

my typical cold morning drive to work is around 19mpg in the winter and 20 in the summer.

    i clocked 18 this morning

my normal drive home with traffic is around 21 to 23 depending on traffic and aggression, today i had 18mpg coming home. however, traffic was horrible, worse than normal.

I'm usually in the mid 15s to the occasional high 16s. That's uncorrected for 34s. I'm in construction, so I only follow the same route for a few weeks at a time.

Sometimes I get good mileage, sometimes terrible.
