Anyone done a plug n play HID conversion for a sport bike? My concerns are the draw the motorcycle's electrical system and at idle, my current lights flicker with the bike idled down, will this cause any damage to an HID system? I know they're usually run in a vehicle where the electrical system is much more substantial and not as subject to voltage fluxuations. Any input would be appreciated!

Do you remember where you got them? I was going to see if someone like DDM tuning sold a set for my bike.

Got mine from a fellow biker I rode with after he told me I HAD to have them while riding with him.

Bought them put them in my 03 600RR.

    The light was terrific!!!!!!

It saved my @## MULTIPLE times!

I lived in VA 3 minutes from DC I can count how many times I almost got hit.

I have a set of DDM tuning hid for my 08 600RR and love them. I have had no problems with them in the 9 months I have owned them. The output is amazing.

Thanks for the replies. The stock light output sucks so it sounds like this is a good option. I was torn between this and an aftermarket light (looking at LED off-road lights) but they're tough to mount and look decent on a sport bike... Looks like it's time for an HID conversion!
