A buddy of mine in high school had a light blue ?88? Caravan with a stick shift, that thing was a blast. We all used to pile into it for ski day trips. It only had a 100hp-when-new 2.5 4 cylinder in it, but they built them so light back then that it still had plenty of grunt to haul 4 teenagers and their gear around.

It took a month to hear back from Toyota when I got my frame replaced. I stopped every Wednesday on my way to work to see if they heard anything (but they had no updates), and I finally got a call on the 4th week.

Hey what’s up everyone. Not too sure to post this topic but one thing in common is that it pertains to the state of MA.

Im in Quincy MA, waited half a year to get my LTC in the mail via my local PD. Well... I got one. And it’s restricted to target and hunting. Absurd. I applied as carefully as possible to ensure a unrestricted. No luck. Quincy is apparently an area to give out u restricted easily too.

i figured they would be down to give a infantry marine veteran a unrestricted easily since they have a warm and fuzzy on my ability to safely handle firearms.

Asking out for any tips on how to petition this?

or provide link to an appropriate thread?

    thanks all

Yeah this is the wrong state to carry... years ago it was easier. Not big on the second amendment in these parts. Wish i could be more help but I've heard this story too many times and not any of it working. I hope you're the first brother. Thanks for your service:oldglory:

I am going to ask really stupid question but ....on your application did you put down "for all lawful purposes?"

Nah I avoided that one like the plague. Pretty much tells the chief you did put the least amount of effort to explain yourself on why he should give you a unrestricted. I tried pulling the card that I’m a Marine Corps Infantry vet that has professionally trained weapons handling skills blah blah blah.

That is the universal quote in MA for unrestricted LTC. I hate to say this but you may have done it to yourself......that quote is taught at nauseum at LTC courses in MA to make sure what happened to you doesn't happen.

That’s interesting. I went to Mass Firearms for the mandatory safety course and they strictly said to not put that line down. That line and the line, “to practice my 2A rights” the instructor said to avoid bc chiefs hate hearing that since it’s so damn cliche

Times are changing, I took my course there also and they taught us to put that down ‘all lawful purposes’. It wasn’t even THAT long ago either.

Time to tell her "Listen, I am the King! KING! And that makes you nothing but a lowly peasant!!"

Please let me know where your grave will be so I can visit..

Can relate. I go away for a weekend every year for work..once she and her friend came up for the night, which was cool to see her. That job is just straight out work so it's not like I can spend time with her alone. Remember too if it's something she don't wanna do, it's better for both to just do your own thing

    The Previa?

My cat Ozzy was like that when we rescued him, especially when we went to Vegas for a few days. My cats are really digging having me home..and with my oldest Scratch it's a godsend, I can feed her a few meals a day. Getting hard to keep weight on her with her health issues.

Not shocking, since I'm lifetime banned I really can't offer much help but it's how this state is
