    Greetings,

I'm on original suspension- approaching 160k on a 2012 DCLB. I'm ready to make an upgrade and I'm interested in the 5100s.

Right now I'm shopping on headstrong and looking at:

    OME COIL/BILSTEIN 5100 KIT

Front- Bilstein 5100 with OME 2883 coils. They say it provides roughly 1" of lift
    Rear- 5100 no lift

Will this look goofy with 1" of lift up front and none in the rear? I have a camper shell- does this change anything?

I'm not looking to lift the truck (although not opposed) but want to improve the ride. Should I be looking at a different combo?

Maybe lift it 1.75 front and rear? Any recs for that? Thank you in advance for your time.

    Cheers,

    Kory

Most leveling kits/Lift kits will lift the front more than the rear. Most trucks come from the factory higher in the rear than the front so that when you are at max payload you aren't looking at the sky through your windshield. I'm going to be getting rid of my front 5100 soon. I'm just waiting on fox to fulfill an order to accutune to replace them. (I bought the top-o-the-line fox's and I'm having accutune tune them for the wieght of my winch and bumper.) After I take them off I would be willing to sell them if you are interested. I just dont know when my new shocks are coming in.

It you don’t want to lift the truck just put Bilstein 4600. There better than stock.
