    Supposedly the manufacturer contacted AutoAnything to correct this. Not sure exactly what happened but hopefully I got the right one now. Here's what the manufacturer emailed me:

    'We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the correct part number is L1TY23021509. We will be contacting the seller and inform them to update their website.'

    So maybe it's been updated?

    Finally received the correct mat and it fits perfectly!

    Just wanted to thank Gus with the 2018 at the beginning of the thread. I just signed up for the site because of her. Just bought a 2022 access cab SR utility pkg and was looking for a rear mat. After some research I was told trucks haven't changed and I ordered the mat. Time will tell I guess

    I ordered it from Auto Anything mat is made by Maxpider Kagu had to look it up under a 2018 and there was a box to check " access cab with out backseat"
    I called Toyota dealership I bought it from and he confirmed no change from 2018 to my 2022 model. I also looked up on Weather Tech site and the part number for both years was the same BUT they don't have a utility pkg option mat that fits
