I almost put it in The Fountainheads place. They are both worthy of reading as is anything by her. I just think The Fountainhead is slightly better then Atlas. It's rawer and less polished then Atlas which is probably why I like it more.

I'm looking forward to a remake of the films... If it ever happens. They were good but really poor quality acting.

I've read most of the list in my past. I've had to change from my preferred reading to leadership/followership stuff for work. But, I'm almost done with that career and need to get back into my next one's reading

I just like to read. I used to only read things that I knew I would like. About 20 years ago I decided to be truly well rounded as a thinker I'd have to read shit I didn't like. Reading things that go against my ideal world view has helped a lot when having rational debate with people. Some have even slightly changed what I believe in. It's always educating to see the other side even of you think the other side is bat shit crazy. lol

Proof is that they are! But then there's always those the change the facts only to suit their side. It happens everywhere. Its always those that change the facts that make an ass of themselves in the end but still refuse to give up. I like real shit personally. Call everyone on thier bullshit all the time regardless of how pissed they get. I have seen stupid in all walks and there's just no fixing it.

How about a ban fail safe? Is so many likes are acquired then blamo your in. I would be nice like that. I mean after all if people cant post opinions how the hell can we possibly be different that one another? Individuality isnt really excepted anymore. Its been proven and some are made to conform and others start their own area to be free and then someone stomps on someone there too. Crazy!!!!!

I should make a movie. Thinking I'll call it "huge fat grey line." Only about skirting everything so nobody has a clue what its about. Great stoner movie though. So many ways if the mind is open. Maybe Elmescalito would be more appropriate. Lsd, shrooms, idk. I'm rambling on now. Feels good to feel individual!

Discussing politics on a non-political messageboard, in a nutshell:

That being said, ya'll need Jesus and also to read "The Wanting Seed" by Anthony Burgess.

What we're missing with the comparison is that on a privately owned forum, there are no guarantees nor are there requirements to provide anything.

I do highly recommend the list someone provided.

Yep... on a privately owned forum. A privately owned forum can be as completely hypocritical and one sided as they want to be when enforcing their rules. And if the consequence of that is people decide not to use that privately owned forum. Or use it less than they used to, as a result... well, that is how capitalism works.

On another subject... I have noticed a much lower volume of posts in the Nor Cal forum. And I, personally, know over a half dozen people currently "taking a break from TW."

    Huh... that's odd.

    What State? I can't remember.

The answer is, you are seeing fleeing refugees. You should have compassion on them.

I went through there once. Got stopped by the troopers. When they saw how badly the truck was fucked up from the 360º in Wyoming, they took pity and let us go.

Why are you posting in our thread

Yes... I quoted myself for context.

The food drive seemed to be very successful last night. They had some very full bins. Looked like Kat Country was on the scene and giving them some air time. I asked the lady, that seemed to be in charge, how things were going and she seemed to be genuinely excited.

If you can do something for these groups. Especially at this time of year... and especially THIS year. I implore you... give them some help.

I will contiue to keep my feelers out and eyes peeled for opportunities to give... and share them.
