Yeah I usually wedge the pry bar between the diff and axle then give it a swift kick with my heel lol. That usually does the trick in getting the old one to pop out

 

You know that guy worked as a Toyota mechanic for awhile

 

Yeah I pryed, turned, rinse and repeat.

It wouldn't budge at all so I asked Dan if it's ok to give it some oomph so I did.

Didn't want to risk hitting it too hard and fortunately the c clip stuck on the axle I pulled out.
