I'm going to try and get the Toro back tomorrow, and take it to an independent small engine mechanic; I joined a snowblower forum and from I've been reading it sounds like I may have made a mistake...

Still gonna hold onto the Craftsman for now, but I'm gonna buy the Toro back.

 

And it they're closed Monday so I'm gonna have to wait until Tuesday to get the damn thing back...

 

Those one trees look like Marge Simpson's hair, lol.

 

How’d the truck lights come out

 

Elk camp got cut short due to some bad weather coming in. Gonna miss this till spring bear season.

 

So I stopped to get gas today, and some local cops were assisting a woman whose 2006-2009ish Toyota Corolla had broken down; I have pretty much friends with the cop who pulled me over a little month ago, in the sense that whenever I see him in a parking lot during a lull in his shift we ended up chatting for twenty minutes or more about everything from cars, to the price of real estate, to current events. This cop and another cop who I didn't know were helping the woman in the Corolla. I asked if she needed a jumpstart (I have jumper cables) and it was determined that this Corolla needed a lot more than a simple jumpstart; Before getting back in my truck to continue to the gas station, I pointed toward my truck and asked if it was legal, referring to the Christmas lights. The other officer (not the one I stop to chat with from time to time) said, and I quote, "No it's not legal, but you're good." The cop I do know then commented on how festive the truck was, and we parted ways...

Like I said the other day, the police in my town are AWESOME!

 

The other thing I don't get is how a Corolla broke down; Those things are generally bulletproof!

 

Saw this in Washington Crossing today while out for a drive with Porter...

 

@PennSilverTaco Somehow half of my post from last night got deleted but in the Christmas lights pictures I quoted that one of those trees looks like Marge Simpsons hair, lol.

 

Exactly! Go up and look right above Clark Griswold, lol.

 

That part I did see...

 

Reminds me of an episode where Homer was clipping the hedges and Marge was sitting nearby, naturally he chopped off her hair, lol!

 

I can't believe The Simpsons has been on the air since 1989; 31 years!
