Good morning to all. Up a little early on a Sunday to make breakfast for the family. Going to replace a speaker in my son's small Fender amp. It will make the amp sound a lot better for practice sessions. It will be a good learning experience for him to modify a piece of equipment.

    Nice!
Is that a prime rib roast?
    Scalloped potatoes?
    Looks good whatever it is.

Good morning porch and all upon it. My plans for today are so secret, I don't even know what they are!

Art, yes a 2 rib roast and scalloped potatoes. There is a nice portion of prime rib left over for dinner tonight.

Breakfast this morning is Blueberry Pancakes.

Good Morning youngsters (some of us only at heart).

By the look of your dinner and breakfast Tom, I think we should elect you honorary porch gourmet Chef :D. I get hungry every time you post up pic's. The wife's favorite is corn pancakes. She mixes kernel corn in with the batter and cooks it on the griddle(actually she par boils the corn first so they will get cooked). It's not to bad. Fresh blueberry cakes are the best though.

Take care and enjoy the day. Be safe.

Sometimes plans just make themselves. Replied to a negotiation on the furniture for sale crowding the garage, and it was gone by 11:30! Emptied the top greenhouse shelves, put my wider for winter mod on. Just fixing to water them all, and I get a nice little downpour on my 20% chance with the cold front. So I'm having a beer watching the rain in the garage, with the one channel TV getting some football.

When a towel comes out of laundry, I'll shower, run the vacuum , make a box of dinner (sorry to disappoint)., and make everyone happy.

Got started this afternoon grinding the yellow off my headlights. Outfit reached 6 years and just like clockwork - lenses clouded over in a couple of months. Strangely, the 2014 taillights are clear plastic as well and they don't yellow - so Toyota must know there is a better material. Parts pricing for these must be an incentive not to make a better part....... Grrrr.

    Steve:

Once you refinish the headlight cover yellow problem do you wax the covers with a UVA/UVB wax to try and stop the UV rays?

Are you using a system to restore the headlight covers? I typically polish the covers using a buffer and polish then seal them with a quality sealant. I am also able to keep both vehicles in the garage which helps a lot more than one might think.

Me too.. the earlier it be, the more peace and quiet there be. Although, I dont hear the ringing in my ears with constant jibber-jabber going on, so that's a plus of sorts.
