What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

It was scrap pieces from an old project at my previous job from a few years ago I had sitting in the garage. I did order $20 in corner brackets and hardware on Amazon that didn't fit perfectly, so I'll probably replace for the correct shit soon. Heading out on a several day mixed camping trip with the wife/dog early this week so I just wanted to get something in there quickly. Bolted in at both rear seat bolt locations on 1in tall spacers. I will also lasercut nicer panels, install pop out access lids, and call it done.

 

Carbon fiber wrapped some stuff, plasti dipped around the shifter and added an enonon headunit to update the interior a bit

 

Also added a wireless charger that actually fast charges iPhone and androids in front of the cupholders

 

Also added so.e lights behind my grill

 

I replaced the suspension on my 2013 regular cab 4wd. I installed a new 2020 trd pro leafs, struts and upper control arms.
Looks gooooooohhhhd.

 

Sick head unit. Any more info on it??

I'm not sure if there is a time limit, but I read in my Tacoma manual that Toyota will supply you with a seat belt extension free of charge.

 

Gotta keep those floss sticks and sharpies safe from prying eyes!

 

Finally got my OEM roof rack. Paid $275 for it from the dealer. I think it was a good deal.

It's nice, smooth and definitely updates the interior imo. It starts up quick af which is why I went with this one so there's no down. The factory layout is bland when you first buy it but you can do a ton of mods to these things to get the layout nice and modern looking which is what I did. Now I have Spotify waze and Google maps set at my homescreen its pretty cool. Also thanks to Crutchfield I kept my factory steering wheel controls
