Any guitar players on TW?

Non existent! I got occupied with my new fish tanks so I put playing on pause for a couple weeks (bad choice). I did swap out my saddle though to the stock one and fixed my annoying buzzing issue. Getting back into the flow of daily playing again

 

Fresh? Salt? Both? What kinds of fish?

 

Fresh. 60 gallon is a community tank still not fully stocked. I’m actually on my way to get some more plants and I’m going to rescape the entire thing today including new substrate. I’ve got some rams, gouramis, a blue acara and some tetras in there currently.

And then a 10g I just got setup and planted (also getting some more plants for) which is going to house a betta and hopefully shrimp if the betta doesn’t eat them.

 

Keep that betta fat and happy and he'll probably leave the shrimp alone..

So, I'll start with the really bad acting zombies. Lol.

The shotgun went from a long gun to sawed off with nothing showing him he sawed it off.
Just "poof", it's a sawed off shotgun.

How did the girl who he shot thru the door die? They were on the roof and she was trying to persuade dude they needed to go find a sancuary. He was stuck on staying there. Had plenty of food and water.

She ran down to the room and he ran down right after her. Next thing you know, she's lying on the bed dead with the shotgun laying next to her. No noise from the shotgun at all.

She was free to travel by herself. Why shoot yourself?

The ending just sucked. Made it across to the other roof with the grappling hook and the movie ends. Wtf.

could have sworn there was a scene where he had the shotgun in a vise, but it's been a month or so since i've seen it.

i liked it because he wasn't a badass, he was a regular dude that pretty much said "fuck going outside, i'm staying here until this all blows over," and ends up going stir-crazy.

shoots the girl through the door and she apparently dies from infected birdshot wounds, and because he's going crazy he hallucinates everything. the scene where she's dead in bed is what really happened after he shot through the door, he didn't nurse her back to health.

i liked the ending... but i'm not a fan of instant gratification, i like cliff-hangers, i guess. the whole movie was him staying in the building and now he finally has to bail. again, he ain't a badass, so he might have killed himself by leaving, but he couldn't stay forever.

drum scenes were rad though.

i'll refrain from recommending more movies.

definitely don't watch Hatchet 1, 2, and 3. or the prequel Victor Crowley then.

Yea, I've scrolled right by those.
TNETW was 3 star out of 2300 people.
I've seen a few 3 stars that I enjoyed, just not that one.

Stay away from "Alabama Moon". Dumb.
Unless you want to see how obese And pale John Goodman is. He litteraly looks like a corpse in that movie.

he was one of my first bass influences for sure. i originally wanted to get a 4 string warlock - white (with black binding) like he used to play on the "shout at the devil' album, but could not find one after years of looking.

i settled on this 5 string because i was already playing 7 string guitars and wanting the extra range. i had a nice 6 string ibanez bass for a while, but sold it because the neck was like holding a 2x6 in your hands lol.
