Fits the bill as hazy but not a hop bomb. Tropical notes. Like to drink local brews to keep these guys afloat during these crazy times.B6B40522-7160-42BC-AFD6-1154D5972F83.jpg

Home brew Marzen on this Sunday Funday. Finally getting over a small Covid scare so I’m ready to drink a little beer now.

I also brewed up a hoppy amber ale this morning. I hit my numbers on the Foundry for the first time in something like 6 brews. That felt good. Hoping for this to be my best hoppy beer yet since my O2 mitigation system is fully in place and I’ve practiced with it a few times.

No pixelated reindeer partaking in sexual acts this year. But, it’s still a pretty fun label when you look close enough. I guess it’s a game now to see what they can get away with after last year.

This is last years label that got the brewery in a bit of trouble. The ABC made them re-label before they could sell them.

I don’t mean to sound like a damn beer snob, but I really think last year’s was better. Too bad because I got 16 cans of it this year lol

Sushi guy came through for me again. Ryden IPA and Octopus balls on the house. See what you get for being a good tipper. The IPA was good, the Octo balls not so much.

This is much better than the regular version. The barrel treatment gives it nice notes of vanilla that the original really needs. Too bad these were only limited to 1x 4 pack a person.
