Are you going to open it? I never grabbed this version, as I have the original Hoist mold ... which is slightly different. Really wish they did these in Voyager class.

Still haven't opened up my PS-06 Terraegis (3rd party Masterpiece type), but I plan to when I finally get around to building a display.

I haven't opened it, but I'm not opposed to it. I'm not generally a NIB collector, but like you I have all my TF and other collectables put away in bins until I can figure out how I want to display things. So who knows if/when I'll get to opening it up!

    A few updates:

    1. The new MT cover is listed in the OP now (and linked to the new Etsy listing). Only Plain and TRD in the black color is available there. BUT, I do have a few SR, PRO, SPORT and OFF ROAD extras (all black) that I can sell through PayPal invoicing.

    2. All MT product that requires an o'ring, now come included with it. I started including it (again) on all orders from 11/18 or later.

    3. Going forward, the AT replacement boot collar will have an enlarged cavity for those that need wires passed through to the shift knob. All of the older versions with the same stock-sized cavity have been sold, and I retired that design for this one. No worries if you do not need this new feature, it will not affect anything otherwise. So, if you destroyed yours already or do not want to deal with drilling out the OEM chrome ... here ya go.

    4. Also, these two listings will be discontinued after they sell out. They will be available to order through a future group buy, but I will no longer stock them.

I estimate there are 225 to 250 of them out there. Which ... seems crazy to me now, because I still remember having the first 10 of them warming a shelf for close to six months.

Edit: I literally created this thread just to get rid of them, with no intention to develop anything else.

It is funny how that works. Just like a misplaced tool that you're looking for.

This inspires a brilliant idea, instead of a conical taper below the o'ring groove I can put in a 12 point 10mm socket pattern (kidding really, it wouldn't fit).

In an alternate universe, there's another @TeecoTaco saying ... "Where are all of these extra bench vises coming from?"

When I drop a small screw or bolt, I like to think that's what happens. Somewhere else there's a me that has an abundance of things that are very difficult to locate.
