So broke the screen on my radio, display is working fine but screen is broken and won't allow anything to be pressed. What are my best options? New screen possibly? Or replace whole unit?

Replace it with a good stereo:

Replace it, if it’s the factory non-JBL unit like I had then it’s junk anyway!

You can replace the screen but it has to come from China, costs around $125. It’s a two part screen, the display plus the touch screen. Has some really weird ribbon connectors inside that can be a pain to unclip. Ones out of junkers can be had fairly cheap if you want to go that route, got a nav unit out of a 2015 from a pic a part for $125 for mine was only missing the data card.

Crutchfield can set you up with what you need to make it close to plug n play as possible

This. And will assist the installation over the phone if needed.

For the price of the screen + labor, better to get a replacement headunit. They can be found rather inexpensively on TW.

Stay OEM. Aftermarket radios are pricey and a pain to install and keep operating, and look amateurish with mismatched bezels and such.

    I disagree.

OEM used to be pretty good for Toyota's. Now OEM Stereo's suck.

That stopped being true over a decade ago. IMO
