As many have mentioned, it's called "taco lean." However, I'm not sure why. Every vehicle I've owned does this to a degree. You just don't generally notice it on other people's vehicles. It's just the suspension wearing down a little and happens naturally. Nothing to be concerned about, but definitely annoying to look at once you notice it.

The fuel tank and battery is on drivers side, so there is 200 lbs of weight that isn’t on passenger side, most trucks with single side fuel tank do this.
