I went to discount tire they said it wouldn't fit. The tire would rip the fender off and the shock would tear the tire off. I went to a mom and pop shop and tested with one wheel and said it fit. The shop reverse and turns, pull forward and turns. So I installed all four. I don't feel any rubbing of any kind. So would a bouncy road effects the clearance and rub the shock or fender and the tire exploded?

Correct, you have to evaluate tire fitment not only in unloaded state - but also extension and compression of the wheel/axle. I can’t say what issues you will face, but it’s worth checking out one of the many threads here on oversized tires. Most have to do with lifts and mods to accommodate the larger wheels.

Ah! 275/65R18. There doesn't seem to be much clearance, for sure.
