    Well, since I won't be traveling to Ohio to visit the folks for Thanksgiving this year (Red Covid state) I'll be spending the next few days perfecting "I need to know", by Petty.

    Found all tabs and practice tracks for all guitars,keyboard and drums. As well as backing tracks.

    Gonna be a fun little project.

    153bpm is pretty fast for my old ass on drums. Maybe I should try something around 90. lol

    Getting back into playing. Sold almost all my stuff 10 years ago when I joined the Army. Man, I missed making music so much. It has been supremely frustrating basically starting over skills wise, but oh well.

    Got super lucky finding the deal I did on my guitar. Ibanez Iron Label 7 with hipshot locking tuners and bridge. Also has Fishman Fluency Merrow pups. Wasn't even ready to buy, and my buddy told me get it immediately.

    I did the same thing. Quit and went full circle.

    If you're creative, you will always be. When I stopped, I constantly analyzed all music in my head.

    In a way it's good. Everything is new again. That's a good thing.

    mostly just efficiency and accuracy. Two days of practice and I can probably get to 80-90% of speed, but accuracy is an issue because the technique isn’t as honed and efficient.

    I shut down for ten years...got back into it last spring. I found I more or less started where I left off...still sucked
