Lol that's an old one, it's got about 130k on it now

    Covid sucks.

My lungs feel trashed, upper respiratory hurts when I breathe and I can't take a deep breath without coughing up a lung. It's also the longest I've ever been sick, today is 18 days since I tested positive and I can still feel it. Not as strong, but still there.

Oh yeah? At the stealership? What'd they have to say?

As of yesterday it's sold. I deliver it to the new owner next week

That's not good, but good at the same time. Glad your not in the hospital. My dad has had it since oct 28th, and been in the hospital since nov 5th. I actually just talked to him over the phone. He sounds like hes improving. Oxygen is slowly improving, today was a good Increase in O2 in him. Such an increase the nurses were surprised. Hes fighting hard!

Damn brother sorry you still feel that bad, I've heard others say the same thing, seems like it takes a long time to fully recover.

Not much, just asked who's it was. I guess it was one of the techs that works there who was asking about it. Just loved the whole set up, but who wouldn't, sucks you had to let it go

Ha! Thanks to my friends @07taco and @LostHusker , giving some Hibiscus a new home, there is now room for all in their house!

Got the drips in, flow checked, and tubing on. Now, on to the top shelf (after a little beverage break!).

And all the top rack plants are back in on top, along with 21 pots of cuttings for next years Hibiscus babies! Photo before I put the hanging baskets back.

Everyone is drip watered from the solar rain (Haha! Hasn't rained since September! ) barrel. Now I can get in and check on things tho. The clear view is why i upgraded from steel and plastic. We can see blooms all winter.

    Happy Thanksgiving ya'll!

Hey @Oldie2007, know anything about Bay Leaf trees? I have one a family member gave me that isn't doing so well. I water it every other day, but several of the leaves are shriveling up and dying. I read online that it may need new soil, but it is in a very big pot and was wanting to just mix in fertilizer to the existing soil first before re-potting in. Do you think this would work?

Never had one, but I will look when I come in, and check with the wife. I know she uses them for cooking, not much else. I agree that fresh soil and some food is always a great place to start. Almost every indoor plant book recommends an annual report, and attention to the roots.

I approve! Looks awesome with all the DeWalt! Years back when I made mine look all good, I put pegboard on every wall, so I can be as flexible as I need. The garbage guys took the box spring (I paid for it) and I sold my furniture, so I am back to half the floor space being empty! I can see my goals again. Now to get rid of the garage sale type stuff, and then I can get to work!!

I read a bit, and the wife doesn't know any more about the plant itself. Very popular outdoors. I read they need to be trimmed, and that is what I annually do to the Hibiscus, along with trimming when we think of it. And shaving the roots annually . I pulled this -

"For container growth, ensure plenty of drainage material is laid down before planting. Water moderately and avoid soggy roots, which can cause permanent damage.

Repot every 2-3 years, gently trimming away approximately one-third of the roots and removing the top two inches of soil. Replant in a fresh mix of amended soil and replace the top layer with mature compost."

You might skip the compost indoors!
