What mods do you have ready to install, but have been too lazy to install, start, or finish? How long have they been sitting and waiting? This question assumes you have all the parts needed to complete the job, you're just dragging your feet.

For me (what I can remember):
    • BHLM: have all components and a spare set of headlights. They've been staring at me for over a year. Shopped this one out to a professional @no vtec 4me . I think the end result will be far superior to what I could do... and in a more timely fashion. New task: Install BHLM headlights, harnesses, ballasts and drivers. Would like to design a mounting plate/tray for all of the drivers and ballasts. Installed OEM TRD Pro LED headlights instead.
    • Redline elite hood struts: sitting in my garage since April.
    • Warn M9000 winch: need to drop my slimline bumper to swap out my Warn M8000 for this 9k model. This is my most recent mod, only sitting since September.
    • Taco Garage DMM
    • Rear diff breather mod
    • Finish exhaust chop. Cut back farther and weld on TRD tip.
    • Replace bushings and ball joint on UCA's Replaced with 74 Weld UCA's
    • Update OV Tune with higher alternator output for AGM battery
    • Germes Lab anytime front and rear camera: on my office desk since June.
    • Install DRT spindle gussets
I'm sure there's others that I'm not remembering right now, but I'll update if necessary.

What do you have? Maybe we can motivate each other to get these simple mods done.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
My resolution for 2021, assuming my new '21 Taco TRD OR AC gets delivered by 12/31:

DO NOT BUY any mod unless I'm sure that I'll have the time (and appropriate weather conditions) to install it within a few days after receiving it.
(I've bought & accumulated far too many things for projects that have just sat and now I can't always remember what they were for!)

Happy Turkey Day to all TW members & lurkers!

Do the Redlines! Great mod. It took me an hour because I didn’t have any help holding the measuring tape but seriously it will take about 15 minutes and you will be very happy with it. Hope that helps

Weathertech floor mats, CaliRaisedLED 30" bumper light bar, CaliRaisedLED Ditch Lights - yet to be installed, CaliRaisedLED 52" Light Bar - not sure if I'm going to install...
I've got the CaliRaisedLED 52" light bar and the CaliRaisedLED Ditch lights yet to install. Been almost two years since they arrived... The 52" I am unsure if I will ever install as I keep seeing people mention in threads here that it vibrates very badly on the highway and I def do not want that so I haven't tried the install yet(if you have this light bar with the CaliRaisedLED brackets for it and have had zero issues PLEASE let me know what the secret to installing with no vibrations is!) The ditch lights, I have to have covers for before I install and they are almost made but not done yet... as well as the fact that the person making the covers for me dropped one and broke the plug so I need to get a new one and get it installed and then they will go on. I have the CaliRaisedLED 30" bumper light bar installed and it's so bright I also am not sure I even need the 52" plus I am worried about power draw seeing as I do not have a dual battery setup(if you have advice to offer please do!!)

I also have the AJT Designs interior blackout kit waiting to be installed. I am ordering the auto panel/bracket removal kit today to hopefully make sure I don't break anything during the install. Only had this since Sept...

My plan is to install them tomorrow or Saturday. Depends on what my wife's plans are for me. But it is 100% getting done this weekend. Tired of looking at them.

Looks like we have some overlap. Stringing the winch line is easy enough, but it's a two man job. One person operates the winch while the other applies tension to make sure it spools nicely on the drum.
