    As I went under the truck yesterday to spray the frame down with some Fluid Film, I noticed coolant had leaked down the inner fender and onto the frame... The source is the outlet of the intercooler reservoir.

    What's the best solution? The supercharger has been on the truck for ~67,000miles.

    @mightytacoman coolant resi group buy round two? Or if you are a big baller you could get a figgs. If you purchase a manguson replacement it will just end up doing the same thing.

    So the plastic reservoir is the issue or the hoses or both? Is the outlet on the plastic one just getting squeezed and deforming with age? I wonder if an inner supporting ring would help resist the hose clamp.
