    Yeah, we pulled it out with a few to spare :thumbsup:
    I've had it but it's not my preference. I rarely deep fry anything so it just feels like a waste of oil and equipment :notsure:

    I liked it that way but the cleanup and putting away the equipment was a pain in the ass.

    First time doing a dry brine and I think I'll always do it this way going forward. The skin was so perfectly crispy!
