    I wasn't satisfied with the doneness when I pulled the legs off so it's in the oven for a bit more. We usually eat late anyways :mad:

    It was close on my turkey yesterday, got the breast to 164° and thigh was 177°-164° in parts but it evened out by the time i got it rested.

    :gossip: Pink juices are ok. The bad bacteria is killed after X amount of time at Y temperature. I can’t remember what they are but you be fine. Have been reading a few articles on doneness of birds. Hope it turned out good n tasty!
