Hi all! Just picked up a 2004 Tacoma 4wd DC and looking for some parts that are hard to find or discontinued. Front skid plate PN 51405-35071, front bumper skid PN PT212-35040, and a steering wheel grey. Any help is much appreciated.

I’m sorry I can’t help with part numbers but I’m in the same boat with no skid plates at all and the damn bolts being snapped off in the frame, go figure.
I am just going to get some sheet metal, maybe aluminum of decent gauge and fab them up myself.
Have you thought of just going that route? Might save some $$

Wow if I knew people wanted those tool catchers I would not have tossed them in the scrap years ago.

Just for reference, I picked up my bumper skid a few months ago locally for $80.

Sold my stock skid for $90 after getting 22REthan's.

I have the accessory skid plate I would like to sell, that would be part number PT212-35040 if you are still looking for one. I can send you some pictures when I get home this afternoon. I am missing 2 of the mounting bolts but I have all the brackets and the shield is in great shape. I have to dig around but I may be able to find the other 2 mounting blots. Let me know,

IMO, you're better off getting an aftermarket skid plate. Even those chin skid ones aren't all that strong, but they look kinda cool.

The OEM ones aren't even "skid plates" but are called "deflectors" because of the paper thin sheet metal they're made from.

Or just hit up a few junk yards. I'm sure there are several people who are upgrading that will have a stock one they're getting rid of.

Okay, I will let you know if they do not want it. Thanks! I also have a factory keyless entry system and an aftermarket transmission cooler if you are interested in that.

The Trans cooler is a Hayden Automotive 678 Rapid-Cool Plate and Fin model that I just never installed into my truck (Hayden 678). Their is a link here where a guy did a very nice install of one of these units and i was going to do the same installation but never sadly I never did. I paid $51.60 for it, I would have to see how much shipping is to see how I could sell it to you at a better then that price including shipping to make it worth both your and my times. Your up in Oregon so the way shipping is now a days it may cost $20.00 bucks to ship, send me your zip code and I will get an estimate to ship, that's if your are interested. thanks!

The shipping is $32.84, so if I sell it for $25.00 the total is $57.84. ‍♂️ Let me know, thanks
