Been a while since I creeped this thread, so many nice trucks with things I want like soft toppers, XB headlights, RCI sliders...

Only future plans for mine are to fix the broken wires in the drivers door so I have rear windows again, they broke when I wasn’t careful running the wires for Meso’s puddle lights. Finish the front camera install, and finish the power sliding rear window install, and fix my AV / phone mirror / Nintendo setup. And once the interiors gutted I’ll probably killmat the whole cab too. And once all that is dealt with my biggest want for 2021 is a bed rack. Got into kayaking this year but definitely want my bed space so Yak’s on a rack for next year.

Here’s a pic from the last outing the gf, pup, and I took a couple weeks ago.

    upload_2020-11-25_10-3-12.jpg

Truck is mostly stock, it’s a limited so did the full black out deal except the paint on the fog surrounds didn’t hold up so I brought them back to chrome which is more like brushed Alu now from what the paint stripper did. She’s de badged too.

Pro headlights, tail lights, and grill. Meso puddle lights, mirror signals, KC5 third brake light, and interior lights. OCF ditch light brackets and Rigid D-SS spots with amber covers.

Went up to Kern river this weekend to try out the whole Soft Topper+Tent they offer, I will say it works well and I was impressed. Aside from being a little chilly at night it was pretty comfortable in the back.

Do you leave your soft topper on full time? Trying to decide if I want one.

i've only had mine since august but it's been on since. this will be my first winter with one. i've heard they can handle it but you never know until you see it. i took it through a touchless car wash for the first time as well. i'm still in the "first" milestone stage of ownership so i'm always encountering new things.

fwiw, everyone who sees it loves it. random people stop to ask what it is and where i got it. avoid it if you don't like the occasional stop and chat.

Cool, sounds like a good option.
Just owning a Tacoma I've had more random people want to talk to me about it than I expected.

Those are 16's in gunmetal with 265/75 Falkens. I did run the same wheel in bronze for a while, since I see @Anthony 82 was asking- I like the black Stealth 6 also on the MGM, but can only have 1 set of wheels right now

They make 2 sides of the truck for a reason... run a different set on each side. Just ask @MESO

Haha! I'm glad somebody is doing that- I had thought of running 3 black with a bronze thrown in on passenger front- but I chickened out and went gunmetal all around.
