Mine is like that also . I’m gonna need to bring my extension ladder in the woods after season just to get to my ratchet straps . My platform is around 22-23’ high I will have to remember to take some pictures. Tree is growing into the platform too .

I’m thinking about taking a section out of mine, make it around 10’ tall. I’ve killed more deer from the ground compared to 15’ + up!

Mine has the extension ,that’s why it’s so tall . It wouldn’t hurt to be about a foot lower . The way the terrain rises I can see about 150 yards in 180*

Last day for me tomorrow.
Not going in the stand. Going by a rock wall and apple tree 100 yards closer to my truck.
Haven’t seen Anything..
Last week I could have sworn I heard a sniff or snort.
So a few hours in my hammock seat and I’m gonna call it another year.

then two more weeks of expanded Archery behind my house.

wasn’t in the cards this year so I hope that 8 pointer shows up tomorrow or comes visit me

I’m still not seeing as many deer as I have seasons before . I think having bear around and the landowner lives here full time now and hikes the property year round kind of ruined things .

I cut a few . It was kind of open in spots . I’m right in front of thick high stem count security cover and the same to the right with semi open woods in between .
