@N2DesignsInc I'm feeling a bit stupid. I inadvertently set the protocol to ADS. How do I switch it? I went to settings and can see the protocol setting but I can't change it. Tapping it doesn't do anything

Press and hold the white space immediately to the left of the letter "A" of "ADS" for 5 or more seconds till you get a pop up.

    Thank you!

Thanks for your fast response and Happy Thanksgiving!

Switched it to fortin and now nothing works, well the doors show as locked but that's it. ADS got me locks and starting but not vehicle status.
I'm sure the answer is in here so search I will....

That's because you just need to re-program it once more. Log out of the app before you do that, and all will start working just fine.

Do I need to reprogram both modules or just the smart phone one?

@N2DesignsInc My app isn't connecting to my truck. I plan to reprogram it tomorrow... When cycling the unit, Do i need to release it when the Red and Blue lights come on simultaneously before they change or do I continue to hold it and the unit will stop cycling with both lights on eventually?

(I released when they came on per the directions, it's the only reason I can think of why the unit won't work - not programed correctly).

You just had a hiccup, no biggy, it happens!

Just text me tomorrow so I can step you through it with a phone call. Much easier that way and we can avoid you potentially bricking the remote start module and needing an RMA swap. PM'd you my cell. I'm on PST so keep that in mind...

Purchased Thursday (Thanksgiving), shipped out Friday, received on Monday! These guys are on it! Install took 20 minutes-ish. Very easy and straight forward. Used it this morning to warm up the truck for work and ABSOLUTELY love it. Highly recommend N2!

So just a minor annoyance - the timer starts off at 30something and soon jumps down to the 15ish area. I saw earlier in this thread that there was a fix way back. Did it not take?

No, this is an app glitch that for some odd reason isn't important to our developer. I know how to fix it, but I'm not on their payroll so my eyes are not allowed to see the code. Look away for a second, won't even notice it!
