I remember years ago when I was 18 I went on a road trip with a friend of mine up to Portland and it was an odd year where Portland got hit with a huge blizzard. My friend literally only brought sandals with him, why I do not know. But he was totally fine with it

Haha Portland with snow would be fun. It's Sunny and worm here today almost 50° Some dumbass group of polar bear people did a jump in the lake day yesterday. That's madness.

 

Cold dunks in lakes and rivers is all the rage these days. I see posts on my FB feed from people doing it claiming it helps with depression/anxiety.

It gives me depression and anxiety to imagine jumping into a freezing cold lake

 

My ears were burning, lol

I still ain't giving up my two wheels...

Though I haven't been able to really inspect my bike after the wreck tho... Might need a new bike...

 

I could take up a new project

 

The not so cool thing about being in a big group of people/vehicles when off-roading is everybody knows when they all stop for a nature break.

 

what's more embarrassing is that they drive jeeps.

 

Here in the PNW on the Olympic peninsula hikers have been told to collect all their pee and not go off trail. There's a heard of wild goat that have become aggressive because they love the salt in human urine

 

My simple faucet change turned into a P trap rebuild when the flag nut snapped in half on me

I'm not sure if they'll come right up to your pecker to drink right from the faucet but they will charge hikers

Memories of when I was redoing our master bath. Was moving the tub drain over 1" to align with wider tub. had enough slop that I was able to just get a couple new connections and a new P trap and be gtg. As I was tightening the FINAL connection of the P-trap, the pipe snapped off right where it ran into the concrete foundation.

A 10 minute job turned into 2-3 hours of jackhammering. fml

When i re did the bathroom i was just gunna strip back some celling to install a fan. Next thing i know the whole bathroom was stripped back to bare studs and i started re doing the plumbing, new tub, new sheet rock, etc...
