Have the new housings coming in on the 3rd, just got excited for the bulbs and to be able to drive at night without not being able to see haha. I've always heard it was about the high temp but is that to what your referring?

    Thanks!

I really dislike having "blank" button slots in my vehicles. 4X USB ports up front gives enough charging capacity to pretty much anything we could use in the truck.

I'm going to add 2X ports for the rear eventually as well.

    Welcome to TW.

Oh crap, not that one again. What a can of worms. Some very detailed expert does a write up on it and all of the sudden all LED bulbs are the same, all installers are the same, and 500 different people regurgitate what they read in that one write up. But whatever you do, never, ever, write the words body lift! Talk about grief! LOL!

Lol I'm mean I'm not trying to step on any toes or anything seeing as how I'm pretty new here lol. I read most of the write up on the lights and I agree on most of it. I just feel like the regular joe blow that wants new headlights gets them and then slaps them in disregarding the adjustments that may need to be made. People just need a detailed description on how to adjust them correctly and it needs to be super simple, especially with people now adays o_O

Totally understand, I'm the same way. I have one more slot to fill but haven't decided what I'll do with it.

    Here's my setup:

Got Densos from the dealer. Super cheap and I figured I’d go with what they would have put in it if I had them do the job. I got a pcv valve from O’Reillys for like$6. All together I spent about $30 for the plugs and valve.

Did you have to drill holes to mount that? Our '05 access cab has no mounting points for a roof rack on the cab... :(

Your Taco is same year as mine......(2010) .for the money you got Denso Platinums, good for 30k about 2 years worth, the valve is good for 100k
How long an extension did you need to install plugs.......you can tell, I’m thinking of changing mine soon.

I dropped mine off at my paint guys yesterday to have some touch ups done on the front end from before I got it. Hope to no longer see these marks. There is also a scuff down one side where it looks like someone walked close to it rubbing against it. I’ve seen many women’s purses cause those marks in parking lots. But they have to go as they stand out too much to me. May be minor to some but it’s the first thing I see now

I used 2 that equaled about 16” for the passenger side and about 20” for the driver’s side.
