I would like advice on how to attach this basket I made to my tacoma.

    I would really like to use the oem holes with the thread. I'd prefer not to drill into the truck. Any suggestions on how I can do that? I made some brackets with square tube welded on them for those oem holes but it didn't sit well on the roof. Any advice helps!

    I did that and the oem rack fell apart in a month. Also damaged the paint and left dents

    I do. Replaced engine, now working on replacing the every part of suspension, braking system, and steering rack. Not sure if horrible luck on my end or if all Tacomas just fall apart after a lift and big tires

    Get a Prinsu or Front Runner rack and set it on that.
