Here is the report from blackstone that i sent in after flushing my transmission fluid. The report turned out very well, it just had me questioning one thing. I purchased this vehicle used with about 40,000 miles a year ago and in the report. In the narative they said it was consistent with about 29,000 miles on the engine. I always just assumed that the previous owner didn't flush it, but maybe so. Has anyone else had theirs tested at this point, and did it come back the same, or do you guys think that it was changed before.

I remember hearing that those blackstone reports are supposed to be confidential.. you might want to check into that before leaving it posted

At least black out your name and address so folks can't get it off the web.

Either it was changed before at around 30k, or that's some great oil. You could always siphon a sample in another 30k and send that in for analysis.

You paid for the analysis, you get to post it however you want. Of course, the report has your full name and street address.

On a technical note, what's a "generic Toyota automatic transmission"? I understand the 1st gen Tacos didn't have the lengthy 100,000 mile ATF change interval? So you would expect a 2nd gen to wear better than a 1st gen at 61,000 miles.

I had the guy call me today and ask if I wanted the TAN test done, which i understood to be just like the TBN on regular oil. I may call him back tomorrow and just see if he was thinking that it had been changed or if he was comparing it to the 1st gens. Also I took the full report off of this thread, because I can't edit it with any software I have on my computer. If anyone wouldn't mind editing for me I can put the whole thing back up.
