Had this as a plan for the future, now its going to look like I copied you:rofl:

Since your leaf pack got thinner it allows axle to bump out higher

Following this rule of thumb, would your speed bumps and flip kit be fine with a shock (15.20" collapsed 24.80" extended)? Seems like it should work, just figured I’d ask before pulling the trigger on everything for my rear setup.

    Thanks!

Sunday fun day! Got my kit on Friday but had to wait until today to install. Pics are after torque but before cutting excess u-bolt length.

Thanks for posting pics of your very clean suspension, nice to see.

If you didn't already trim them, the Ubolt length is acceptable in your combination as is, no need to trim those

Thanks anyway! Couldn’t be happier with your product, can’t wait to take it offroad.

Archive Garage located in Orchard Park, huh? About 20 minutes from me. Been looking at some of your products and am really impressed by the build quality. Not to get off track, but I'm going wheeling near EA this Friday (6-12) if you want to join.

Put Archive Garage bumps and ubolt flip kit on yesterday. Solid design and construction. Should lessen chances of getting hung up back there. Would recommend these for sure. Cut the extra bolt down to about 1/2 above nut.

Added these today. Hardest part was cutting and repainting the bolts. Not sure if others cut the bolts after install but I was worried about accidentally clipping something, so I cut before.

Running Deavers stage 2 and ended up cutting 1/2 off the bolts. Definitely easier to install once I removed the tires.

    Happy so far. Thanks Archive.

I bought the wheeler's flip and Timbren bump stops back in 2017. I cut the Timbren in half because of lack of up travel. I run heavy, #6453 loaded to camp and #6040 empty and no tent, still includes recovery gear, spare parts and tools. Running Deaver expedition IIIs and they are about shot at about 3 years old. They have been bottoming out on the frame to spring location bolt through the Timbren center.
So I decided to give the Archive Speed Bumps a go. So glad I did. The are the perfect size for my stock location 10" shocks. They also are the perfect composition that ease the bump out, none of the harsh hits I had before. I bottom out the bump with about 1/4 of shock travel remaining.
To mount all I had to do what get some 3/8X24X1" fasteners. The archive holes lined up perfectly, although the orientation is rotated 180*. Really like the rubber spacers that go between the springs and bump stop plate. As you can see from the pics things rust in Utah, road salt.

For the Ubolt flips, back to normal, most other things are going up ~10% from current normal price
