Mine puts out a consistent 13.90v-13.98v when the truck is on, monitored from my ultragauge. It sounds like yours may be getting tired.

Just waiting for my charging system light to go on...lol I already know an OEM alternator is only about $300.

If it's like other Toyotas, it'll be more than just your charging light!

True. It will look like Christmas in July on my instrument cluster. My wife's Camry was just the battery light though. Put a multimeter on the alternator and it was like 10 volts. Tapped on it with a hammer, 14V. Drove it to the dealership to pick up a new alternator...lol then spent 8 of the most frustrating hours of my life replacing it! They leave no room for activities when they crammed a V6 in that car! Dang near had to take the front clip off to get it out. Was luckily able to unbolt the radiator and condenser and get them to just barely push forward enough to sneak through without having to take them all the way out.

    Man, I miss that car!

I'm surprised it was just the battery light. The Camry's were one of the famous ones. In the days of yore, customers would come in flipping out because all the warning lights were on. We'd laugh and say yup, it's just an alternator. No one leaves room for much of anything anymore. My step-daughter had a 2001 Camry with the four-cylinder. I loved that car. I did a ton of work to it and mechanically, it was close to perfect. Would've take it cross-country a few times without question. I rebuilt all the suspension, too so it rode like a dream. Then some idiot rear-ended her and that was that.

RTT gang, here I come. That used one I posted a week or two ago is still for sale. Him and I are meeting Saturday. Once the softopper sells I’ll buy some tube and get to work on a bed rack.

This guy. He’s asking $350 per wheel for used wheels when you can get these same exact ones from scs in blemished for $205 each. For those that don’t know, his blems are so minor that most of the time, you can’t even find them when looking for them.

I want to comment on his ridiculous price but it’s a free market and I don’t want to be a dick to him.

Nah. I do it all the time. Some people just need help to put the crack pipe down. It's the humane thing to do.
