I swear I saw my first alpha rack in the wild. Someone had a calvary blue alpha on their access cab up in Cloudcroft. I told my wife "I know that rack!" and she looked at me like I was crazy. Maybe I should buy one so I can show her.

 

Be careful how you say "I know that rack!" when talking to your wife.

I got the cutout and no light bar installed yet just because the bar I do have doesn't line up right. Need the BD one.

Probably a dumb question but I’ll ask it. Does the shark fin on a stock 2016 trd off road protrude past the height of the cross bars? Would I have to purchase a thin fin to mount my tepui on top of the truck?

I know with the bravo rack you mount the last cross bar vertical to not interfere with the shark fin. I assume it’s the same with the rest of uptop’s line of racks. So you won’t need to replace the shark fin unless you want/need to install the last cross bar horizontally.

But I’m not sure about the fin compatibility with a RTT.
