    I was in great shape, gymnast when I was young, rode bikes all my life, backpacked 100 miles. Now at 5' 9" I'm north of 230.


    I have dropped 20 lb this year..

    I had my new snows put on today on the stock steelies. Cooper Discoverer M+S studded skinnies - 235/85’s. They look like a nice beefy snow tire. I had 265/75 General ArticMax’s and they were pretty poor in any fluff.

    I hate diets and they always fail, I gain more back. So I just reduce intake to 2100 calories for 6 months then stopped counting for 6 months. I have gained about 5 back and will start again after the holidays
