Is the air compressor always on? If it goes to start they usually draw full amp rating.

These christmas lights that are outside...are they plugged into an outdoor (attached to side of house) outlet?

Regardless of where the treadmill is or if it's even on this breaker. That's still too many rooms and things on the one 15amp. The bathroom should be on a separate breaker all it's own. Same with the garage, and then again with the basement.

Yes, but indirectly; I've got a six-plug outdoor power strip/dusk-to-dawn timer plugged into the side outlet and two strands on the left side of the house plugged into that. I've got another dusk-to-dawn power strip plugged into the first one, and the operates the lights on right side of the house.

Right that way sucks. When l use them l set them up to work independent of each other, that way if one trips it doesn't impact anything else on that circuit. Where I was going before was a 15 Amp circuit x 120 Volts = 1800 Watts, then subtract about a 20 percent safety factor leaves you 1440 Watts. If you add the wattage together of everything on that circuit it can't exceed that.

Dehumidifier not in use at the moment, and nothing in the garage is in use unless someone is out there; The treadmill and the LEd nightlights are the only things really in use, and I don't think the nightlights are the problem...

    Less is more, man.

Your outdoor outlet should not be on the same circuit as a bathroom or kitchen outlet.

Is the outdoor outlet GFCI? Is there another outlet on this circuit that is also GFCI?

OP......you are missing the key item to solving this problem. The Current load (Amperage) of each item is needs to be totaled to understand the load on the circuit.

Look at each item in your list. There should be a label or tag that indicates the Current Rating (amp or A) of that device. Add up all the current ratings for each device on the power strip or outlet. If it is greater than 15A, then you have found the problem. Another method to determine what device is on a circuit is to shut off the breakers, then make a note what items quit working and the non-working outlets.

In your list, the 2 biggest current consumers will the treadmill and the air compressor. Each could suck up 15+A on its own. Hairdryer can also suck up a large current load.

Things with a high amp draw (microwave, fridge, garbage disposal, AC units, treadmills, air compressors, welders....) should be on breakers all their own, or only share it with plugs in that room. Lights should be by themselves on a breaker. This ensures lights dont dim when a big draw appliance kicks on. Bathrooms should be on breakers all their own for safety. (Water and electricity dont mix).

Treadmill is up to 20 amps. Dehumidifier probably at least 5.

Bathroom should definitely be own it’s own circuit (code) and the garage should be on its own maybe run front outdoor gfci’s. Would be smarter to just have a small sub panel in the garage but builders won’t ever do that.
