Sounds like the one GFCI outlet is controlling several "normal" outlets downstream.

Another question or 2.
When this GFCI trips, what devices lose power? Could you make a list of these devices?

 

Buddy you need to figure out how many watts you have going on each circuit like l mentioned earlier which should help you spread stuff out.

15 Amps x 120 Volts = 1800 Watts minus a 20% safety = 1440 Watts
20 Amp x 120 Volts = 2400 Watts minus a 20% safety = 1920 Watts

 

All of this reminds me of something that happened when I tried to hook up my PlayStation 3 in my mom's minivan about a decade ago...

My mom's 2004 Honda Odyssey EX had a factory rear-seat DVD entertainment system that had the basic red, white, and yellow hookups for game consoles. The PS3 was one of the first consoles to have both HDMI and standard hookups, and the last to have standard hookups period. The Odyssey did not have a household plug, so I used an AC/DC inverter thing; Almost immediately after I fired up the PS3, the console drew so much power that it blew the fuse for both the stereo and the DVD system (same fuse). Luckily, we had a spare fuse so we didn't have to drive 7 hours back to Pennsylvania from Maine without a radio and CD player, but my parents forbid me from ever using the PS3 in the van again; What's strange is that I ran the PS2 in the van without any issues!

My dad's 2018 GMC Yukon has an HDMI port and a household outlet (and obviously a more robust electrical system); I hooked up my PS4 and played Red Dead Redemption 2 on a trip to visit family up north and had no issues!

 

Wow, l guess that shows the PS3 pulls a bit more juice than the PS2.

WiFi router, cable box, Christmas lights, and anything plugged into an outlet and in use in the basement (Treadmill, dehumidifier); The built-in light fixtures in the basement are on a separate switch so they stay on when this happens.

My house also has dual-zone central A/C and heat (two A/C units and two gas furnaces); Obviously the HVAC is on a separate heavier-duty circuit so is has never been affected.

 

Heavy loads should trip the breaker in the panel, Like the treadmill.
If only the GFCI outlet is tripping, its a (g)round (fault) issue, not an over load issue. Which makes sense with your rain statement way back.

I agree, but this assumes we are talking about a GFCI outlet.... and not a GFCI breaker.

Neither did I! Though that was an original 2006 model; The slimline unit I got for Christmas in 2010 after the 2006 bit the dust used far less power...

Please read the labels and tags on these devices. You are looking for the current rating of each. Write them down.

Now, let's turn to the outside light set up. Have you done anything to protect the power strips/tower or connections between strings protected from water? Is so, what did you do?

 

The main socket next to the front door has a piece of plastic that lifts, like a head unit enclosure on a boat; Nothing else is protected, but this is the first time in over four years of living here that we've experienced problems like this...

The wall connection is probably good.

Focus on the power strip/tower. How is this protected from water?

Do you have any light strings connect to another light string?

 

Sorry it took so long to respond to this; I've been REALLY busy lately...

I tried getting advice for this in a private Facebook community group for the town I live in, and some asshole screenshotted the pictures and listed my oven for sale in a marketplace group; No, I'm not kidding! TW really is a refreshing escape from the douchebaggery of FB!

 

The front porch has an overhang so the main power tower is largely protected (unless there's wind and driving rain or something), and the brand new secondary power tower is tucked between two bushes.
