When I was talking to FiveOMotorsport, the stockers were roughly 285cc if I remember correctly.

I want to say the max Gadget had mentioned was around 550ccm. That's from a memory when he tuned my truck with them.

    A thing or two...
The FSM has a range for the injector flow. I believe the middle of the range is 315 cc. @05Taco4x4 has posted it before if I'm remembering correctly.

I did in the Turbo BS thread, but can’t recall. It was something like that

Installed this on the truck last night. DNA motoring piping and a borla offset/offset 2.5" muffler.
    image1.jpg

It is a little louder than i was hoping for, so i am going to cut the front pipe and install this tonight. Hopefully it will mellow things out a little.

Has anybody ever flow tested the 2TR stock injectors to see what they flow? There are so many companies making them, it could be why Toyota lists such a wide range of flow in the FSM.

Took a little sound clip of the new exhaust setup. It has gotten a little louder since install, but not very much. It's pretty quiet while cruising, and doesnt really get loud until you mash the skinny pedal. I am pretty happy with the way it sounds for a 4 banger

    My setup for reference:
    URD S/C w/ stage 1 pulley
    URD catless midpipe
    Two borla 2.5" mufflers

Sounds good. I like it. Makes me want to get back under my friend's and add a little personal modification of mine.

Yours says Borla mufflers. You have two mufflers?

Thanks man, yes i am running two borlas. A 400496 & 400490. With only one and it being catless it was way too loud and obnoxious for my daily driver. Much better with an extra muffler. I might add another at some point, but it would need to be in the midpipe.

    Here's a pic after install

I like it. Those Borla mufflers are heavy duty construction too.

I'm back! Picking up a new to me Tacoma on the 19th, planning on reviving my turbo build once I've finished my classic British car restoration.

Out with the air pump to make room for one of these. Couldn’t figure out where else to put the pump, and having it by the washer reservoir will make the plumbing a little easier. I’m going to start out with a #5 375ml/min nozzle and dial it back from there if needed.

Will you be turning up with this mod? Or just running safer mixture?

I did it mainly for safety, but I think I’m going to run the stock URD SC tune with it and might go to the stage 2 pulley, I haven’t decided yet.

I’m on stage 1 right now but I am running a more conservative tune. I have more timing pulled under boost than with the URD tune, and there is also some more fueling added with the 5th.

So I guess I will be sort of “turning it up” by going back to the URD tune, but it would be safe enough to run on pump gas in case there is ever a failure in the water/meth system.

Safety in numbers... afr numbers at least! Are you planning on going higher boost down the road or staying where you're at with the SC?

Didn't see this intake on the list...............

KVA.......K&N tube/bracket, Volant filter box with clear lid & aFe Pro Dry S filter.

Ran it a little while with the Volant ram air piece on it (too many bugs, cig butts and leaves in filter box) and before making clear lid...............

Yes sir! It should be good for a little more peace of mind when getting on it. I really like the knock protection, it bumps the octane up 25pts allegedly

The plan for the long term is to turn it up, but I am going to rebuild my old 2TR before doing that. I’m slowly piecing that together, but it’s a ways off still unfortunately.

Nice, looks like you came up with a good combo. Did you run the Volant at one point or buy the box separately?
