New Headlight Suggestions...

Currently have the DEPO pro style headlights from runnin4tacos and they keeping blowing the DRL fuse under the hood when the lights are set to "Auto" when the DRL's are lit brighter by themselves. So now i can't run the DRLs when the headlights are off. Want to take it a different route and would love to hear people's experiences with other headlights. Thanks!

 

Get a set of OEM headlights and do a BHLM

 

definitely considering that! i still have my OEM headlights. one broken tab:/ the other part of me really likes the new alpha rex TRD style

This guy did mine, and honestly can do just about anything! For light output a retrofit with aftermarket projectors is gonna blow the alpha rex headlights out of the water. Good luck!

I bought the Morimoto XB headlights on a Black Friday sale. Super pumped to get them and put them in ASAP.

Yeah they look good (imo at least) but are total crap. Sadly you're going to drop some $$$ when looking at headlight options. That's why it was far down on my to-get list. Then Black Friday happened and well...here i am.

 

It seems like the Tacomabeast headlights have similar reviews too. look really good.... not that bright... Im messaging with a guy right now on doing a BLHM with my stock lights that i still have

 

I was going to go that route, the holiday sale got me though. He does some impressive looking work, have pretty much read every page of that thread and nothing but positive reviews on what they received.

 

yeah all the end results just look awesome. hopefully we get something worked out.

 

I really wish Toyota sold their OEM LEDS from their own store or dealers.

 

yeah i really like the new 2020 TRD headlights that come with LEDs but damn $$$$
