I don’t follow the group to often. I’m really on there to find cheap parts and sell locally. Drew started OBT and he’s a great guy. He’s actually good friends with some of my childhood friend’s family. I personally like this thread better than the Facebook group. To many newbies on Facebook asking the same questions over and over again. OBT strictly Tacoma talk so probably why the gun thing isn’t allowed :notsure:. Never been to a meet but it looks like their trail rides are like 20+ vehicles at Greenridge which isn’t really “prime” wheeling

I didn't like what they did to @Tonymontana. He waited for them in a parking lot for well over a hour because they were late, which happens with a group so that wasn't a big deal. But when the group finally arrived they all got out of their trucks and stood around bs'ing for another hour. Same day I hooked up with them in my Landcruiser to explore GR. Before heading into GR we all stopped to fuel up, then after we got fuel they all just stood around the gas station parking lot bs'ing again. Which was fine for about 20mins because we were all checking out each other's rigs. Another hour goes by, it's now 3:00 so I left & headed back to my cabin. All the guys & gals I met that day were cool, but they seemed too content just standing around a parking lot. I dont mind bs'ing but let's at least get in the woods and on the trails first.

I was a member of this group from the very jump. My neighbor actually started it with the guy named Drew. I never did like that guy he is a bit off and weird. The no gun violence is kind of wild. Ive also seen posts on here about them doing brewery runs and leaving completely plastered which I do not support. Im no longer on FB and havent been since about the inception of that group. Wild to see all the issues but have to love when the keyboard warriors unite!

Wondering what everyone has in their trucks for power invertors. I bought one that plugs into a cigarette outlet and then has a regular 12V plug from walmart on a recent trip and it wouldnt power what I needed it too. I tried the plug in the bed of my truck and I think ive discovered thats only good for charging batteries for cameras or computers.

Wondering what everyone else does when they need/want some power for things.

Most of the FB groups I follow are full of drama due to the size and maturity level of the participants.

I've used this exact model for years and it is the most solid inverter I've found. Using a dewalt in the work truck and both are wired to the battery. I highly recommend the one in the picture though. I've put these through hell and they keep kicking haha
