I’ll definitely have a few kits with me for sale. Parts coming in tomorrow. Should I bring tools to install? Anyone else want one?

sure thing! I’ll be there probably around 930 I guess. Haven’t figured that out yet but probably need to bail around 1015. Might cut it shorter since I will probably have my dog with me.

To reiterate a little more. Gifts are to be new, unopened, still in the original packaging. Also just so everyone knows, please no stuffed animals. The Marines cannot accept them (and that was a policy even before Covid).

Anyone coming out from the hartford area, more specifically west of Hartford?

I sold my soft topper to a guy out there but didn’t have the boot with me. I want to get it out to him.

I might be able to take it back with me and hub it until I can get down to the Hartford area....if no one else is coming from that area anyway.

I guess a lot of people think that but they need them unwrapped in order to sort them. IDK if you can see them or not but in the background is a bunch of trash bags. Those are just some of the presents. It's usually a bag or 2 per home depending on how many kids there are at the house.

I assume it’s to sort the toys for the correct age group and gender. Maybe even value? I can’t imagine it’s an easy job to decide who gets what. They’re the real Santa :santa::santa2:

Age and gender is absolutely correct. I don't think they care to much about value as they accept all gifts as long as they are a described in my previous post.
IMO everyone that donates are the real Santas! Nothing could be distributed without the donations.
